It has been 7 years since I picked up a paintbrush...I have lost my flow. I’m learning and know that there is only one place to start, the only thing that can make me better is practice. These Ti leaves make me feel alive. It’s as if they force me to open my eyes and really look to see their vibrant beauty. The transition of colour inspires me as it is much like my transition as an aspiring artist. Every day I search to find beauty and joy in simple things. It is the simple pleasures that make me feel most alive and connected.
