Searching through my photo library for inspiration for my next piece I come across this purple daisy. These colours don’t usually appeal to me but they catch my attention today. The vivid contrast grabs me and makes me reflect internally. This flower represents me at my core, not what I present externally; only a few people get that close. On the outside, I am shy, quiet, reserved - an introvert. Yet for those close to me they see the vibrant, capable, person who is lit from within. The timing of this is key - it is time to break out of my shell, take a risk and go beyond my comfort zone.
