As I sit here, trying to capture the beauty of this Dahlia, you keep coming to mind. I know all too well what you are facing, having faced a grim prognosis myself, as well as, losing my mom to GBM many years ago. The incredible strength of the human spirit, when it is demanded of us, is a miracle. In the face of cancer, you show the strength of your spirit every day. I see you in this bloom, the way it is lit from within and shines, like your smile despite the ultimate challenge you face each and every day.     Your resilience and strength glow just like the light coming from this flower.
